This is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights.


When an order is received, by whatever means, it constitutes a contract between ourselves, Sizedwell Clothing Ltd, and you, the customer.

You will have contracted to buy such goods as are on your order, at the prices currently advertised.


We, Sizedwell Clothing Club, have agreed to supply items ordered if we have them in stock, and if not in stock, we will contact you to decide whether you will purchase another garment instead, await arrival into stock of the item, or cancel that order or part thereof.


Please note that whilst we may give you an estimate of the delivery date for out of stock items, we cannot guarantee the date of arrival of items, due to unreliable suppliers promises.


If you are paying by cheque or postal order, please make it payable to Sizedwell Clothing Ltd. We will not cash any payments unless we have your order available for immediate despatch.


We will advise you of any delay in despatching your order and give you the option to cancel.


Any items returned within 14 days of your receipt of same, in an unused condition with its immediate packaging, tickets and labels which were attached when the goods were sent out, shall be refunded or replaced, as agreed between ourselves and you, the customer.


If you pay by credit or debit card we will enclose our receipt with your order.


Our delivery carrier, quotes a normal delivery time of 2 to 3 working days, but do not guarantee this. For urgent orders required within two days, please add an extra £4.00, for our carrier's express delivery service. Total £17 for Saturday by noon Deliveries.


Due to the various limitations of the reproductive process and different types of computer equipment, the colours may not exactly match the pictures you see on screen. However we do endeavour to present as accurate a picture as possible.


If you wish to make a complaint please contact us by email or telephone. Details can be found on every page. We will endeavour to respond to your complaint within five working days.


We are registered under the Data Protection Act and hold customer information on our database for use by ourselves. Under no circumstances will these details be passed to any other persons, firm or company.


At the end of the day we are here to sell you goods you are happy with so you return again and again.
