STANDARD DELIVERY: UK MAINLAND ONLY INC. ISLE OF WIGHT - 3 WORKING DAYS

Our Standard postage and packaging cost £4.99 on the full order, and you can have as many items you like with the order. This excludes Scottish Highlands, Republic Of Ireland, Northern Island Or The Channel Islands. The delivery is with DPD and they will contact you with an approximate time for delivery. The parcels need to be signed for, however you can request the parcel to be left in a safe place, i.e. the garden shed or in the porch, but we cannot take responsibility for any loses.

Our Express postage and packaging cost £6.99 on the full order, and you can have as many items you like with the order. Orders must be received before 3pm for the order to arrive the next working day. This excludes Scottish Highlands, Republic Of Ireland, Northern Island Or The Channel Islands. The delivery is with DPD and they will contact you with an approximate time for delivery. The parcels need to be signed for, however you can request the parcel to be left in a safe place, i.e. the garden shed or in the porch, but we cannot take responsibility for any loses.

EXPRESS SATURDAY DELIVERY: UK MAINLAND ONLY

Our Saturday postage and packaging cost £9.99 on the full order, and this includes as many items as you want to order. All orders must be received before 3pm on Friday. Please insure you have provided us with an up to date phone number in-case we need to contact you. When the parcel has been collected by DPD, they will get in contact with you via email or phone to inform you of when the parcel will be delivered. The parcels need to be signed for, however you can request the parcel to be left in a safe place, i.e. the garden shed or in the porch, but we cannot take responsibility for any loses.

: We cannot offer this service to Offshore Island, Southern or Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands or European orders.

Please make sure you select correct drop down box as this will delay us sending the parcel to you. EUROPE ZONE 2: PORTUGAL AND POLAND

Europe Zone 2 Cost £15.99 postage and packing for as many items you would like to order and takes between 3 to 8 working days for delivery. Please make sure you select correct drop down box as this will delay us sending the parcel to you. When the parcel has been collected by DPD, they will get in contact with you via email or phone to inform you of when the parcel will be delivered. The parcels need to be signed for, however you can request the parcel to be left in a safe place, i.e. the garden shed or in the porch, but we cannot take responsibility for any loses.

For all other European countries, please get in contact for a quote on delivery before ordering as other costs may apply.

REFUNDS:

Within 14 days of receipt.


If you find the garment to be the wrong size or unsuitable we will refund the full costs of the garment (excluding the postage and packing) or exchange (subject to availability), providing the original packaging is present and the garment is unworn and in a resalable condition with labels and tags.

 

If the garment that you buy is faulty, or you have been sent an item that is different to the item that you ordered, when you return the item for refund or exchanges, the postage costs will also be refunded to you.

 

Please note: Due to Health and Hygiene we cannot accept back any underwear at all. We can also not accept back socks that have been removed from their labels or packaging.

 
EXCHANGES:

In the event of ordering the wrong size/garment we will gladly exchange (subject to availability) providing the original packaging is present and the garment is unworn and in a resalable condition, with labels and tags and are returned within 14 days of receipt. We will send the exchanges out free from postage costs. The returning postage costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please obtain proof of posting.


We will try to complete refunds/exchanges as soon as we can. Please allow 5 working days from receipt of return.


ALL WE NEED FOR RETURNING PARCEL:

We need your transaction number on your receipt or the receipt itself or a copy. Your name and address and contact details. Finally what you would like done, exchange, refund.

URGENT RETURNS:

If you need to receive a replacement/exchanges urgently and want us to send goods before we receive returns we will have to charge for the items being sent out and refund returning items when they arrive here. This applies even if we are at fault.
