Both of our stores have parking directly outside of the buildings. So there is lots of space to park when you come to see us.

Monday - Friday we are open 10am - 6pm. Sunday we are open 11am - 5pm. We are open on bank holidays 9am - 6pm. We are closed on Christmas day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and Easter Sunday.

This question is slightly more difficult to answer. Although we try to advise our suppliers on the size spec, all different suppliers have their own size spec. Therefore on each of our products we have a size chart that is unique to the product. However our size spec can be found by clicking here. On jeans and on trousers we have inside leg lengths. This is indicated on the barcode label and the clothing tags by an L. We do 5 inside leg lengths at Bigclobber:

As with the size of the garments, the material content changes with each item. We use a variety of different materials and on each description of the items has a breakdown of the material content.

Rayleigh store public transport.
The two closes train stations to our store in Rayleigh are Rayleigh train station and Benfleet train station.
From Rayleigh train station you can catch the number 1 bus to Rayleigh weir, where is an approx.: 400 meter walk from the bus stop to the shop. Walking in-between Fords garage and Sainsbury’s we are further down Stadium way on the right hand side, same as Fords garage, between two tile shops. Alternatively there are taxi cabs outside the train station or you can call bestax on 01268 777300.
From Benfleet train station there are no direct bus routes, therefore a taxi would be ideal. There are normally taxis outside the station or order ABC Cabs on 01268 556666.
Colchester store public transport.

There are three possible train stations to get to Marks Tey Train Station, Colchester North Train Station and Colchester Town Train Station.
From Marks Tey train station walk to Station Road take the first exit on the roundabout to Coggashall Road bus stop is on the right get the 509 bus heading towards Colchester and stay on for 3 stops. Get off at tollgate and cross the road to the bus stop opposite. Get on the 65 to holly road. Alternatively go to station road (as above) get the number 70 heading towards Colchester town, stay on for 9 stops. Stay at that bus stop and get the number 4 and stay on for 3 stops. Get off the bus at coop. We are opposite.

From Colchester Town walk to the Odeon, bus number 65 runs every 10 minutes.
From Colchester North walk to railway station layby - Out of side door of station down the hill and across the road Stand F the 65 bus runs every 10 mins.
Bus Number 65 bus journey takes about an hour.
On both routes get off at Holly Road walk to blackberry road follow all the way along until you see Halfords auto centre turn right we are next door to screw fix.

Obviously we would love to give all our customers a big discount, but then we wouldn't be around for too long. We have however a loyalty card system where every pound you spend you get a point, when you reach 100 points we take them back and we put money on your account for the next time you buy from us. We will highlight any money you have to spend on your receipt after each purchase.
We also have a mailing system, where we send out emails on a regular basis. These emails inform you of deals that we are having like 10% off or double point’s weekend. They also inform you of new items and news about the store. To join either our loyalty scheme or our mailing list, please contact us on 01268 779933.

Both of our stores have good disability access, with all our toilets being disabled toilets. All our doors have been made wider and we leave enough room for anyone in a wheelchair to be able to look around the store. We also have one outsize wheelchair at our Colchester branch that you can request to use. All our changing rooms are big enough to fit a wheelchair and two people.

At our Rayleigh branch we have one customer toilet, at our Colchester branch we have two customer toilets.

We do have two shops and the internet site. If you know someone who does not have access to the internet and lives to far away to visit our stores then they can either call us and we will help as much as we can.

Alternatively if there is something specific a customer wants information on, we can print out pictures and descriptions of our items to send to them via the post.
